TORT DEFENSE PRACTICE

Greene and Letts provides tort defense litigation services to insurance companies, self-insured corporations and municipalities. At any given time firm attorneys are litigating hundreds of these cases, including automobile accident disputes, premises liability and third-party criminal liability claims. The firm also handles medical, dental and nursing home malpractice, along with product liability and governmental liability cases.

Firm attorneys have extensive practice in arbitrations, jury trials and appeals. In fact, several of them have previously worked for the City of Chicago in the Torts Division, where they successfully defended scores of personal injury cases.  At Greene and Letts, attorneys are experienced litigators who have defended hundreds of cases to resolution without trial.
